2. Kickoff Meeting

Once we review your brief, we’ll schedule a kickoff call to clarify scope, timelines, and deliverables. This is your chance to meet the NONITECH team and align expectations.

3. Project Setup

  • Creation of shared workspace (e.g., Notion, Trello, or Slack)
  • Access to project dashboard and communication channels
  • Assignment of your dedicated NONITECH project manager

4. Design & Development

Our team begins work based on the agreed milestones. You’ll receive regular updates, prototypes, and opportunities to provide feedback throughout the process.

5. Testing & QA

NONITECH conducts thorough testing to ensure your product meets quality standards. We also invite you to participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).

6. Launch & Handover

Once approved, we deploy your solution and provide documentation, credentials, and training materials. NONITECH ensures a smooth transition to live operations.

7. Post-Launch Support
